The beta is live! Go grab EA Origin (similar to Valve's Steam) and check the "Free games" section to find Battlefield 3 beta.

I created a Low Altitude Warfare platoon, so find it and join!

You can also download the torrent if their servers are messed up, and I can guide you through what to do.

First of all, the game is BEAUTIFUL. Feels amazing, feels like Battlefield. I've had some troubles getting into servers, and being at or close to the top of the scoreboard, only for it to say I "lost connection to the server" as soon as the "your team won" thing is supposed to show, losing all of my points for that round. Not cool.

Other than that, I can't believe it's finally here.
